# Usage examples

> Examples of operational tasks you can ask Oppy to help with in Firmhouse.

Use these examples as starting points for conversations with Oppy. Each example will be expanded with screenshots and videos as the workflows become available in the docs.

## Get a production forecast for the next 3 months

Ask Oppy to forecast what needs to be produced, packed, or prepared based on upcoming subscription orders. This helps operations teams plan inventory, production capacity, and fulfillment work before demand becomes urgent.

Example prompt:

```text theme={null}
Can you create a production forecast for the next 3 months?
```

## Replace a product going out of stock

Ask Oppy to help find subscriptions or upcoming orders affected by a product that is going out of stock. Oppy can help you understand the impact, prepare a replacement plan, and review what needs to change before you apply updates.

Example prompt:

```text theme={null}
Which subscriptions use [product name], and how can we replace it with [replacement product] before it goes out of stock?
```

## Learn how much revenue you made

Ask Oppy to summarize revenue over a period of time, explain what contributed to the result, and help you compare it with another period. This is useful when you want a quick operational answer before opening or exporting detailed reports.

Example prompt:

```text theme={null}
How much revenue did we make last month?
```

## Calculate customer LTV

Ask Oppy to help calculate customer lifetime value for a customer group, cohort, or project. Oppy can help turn subscription, invoice, and order context into a clearer view of long-term customer value.

Example prompt:

```text theme={null}
Can you calculate customer LTV for customers who started this year?
```
