The assets report allows you to generate a report of all assets in your project. You can filter assets by their creation date, purchase date, and status.

Parameters

The report accepts the following parameters: Created after - Filter to only include assets created on or after this date. Created before - Filter to only include assets created on or before this date. Purchased after - Filter to only include assets purchased on or after this date. Purchased before - Filter to only include assets purchased on or before this date. Asset status - Filter by asset status. You can select multiple statuses. Available statuses include: available, assigned, purchased, depreciated, and scrapped.

Available fields

The report includes the following fields:
  • subscription_id - The associated subscription ID (if assigned)
  • product_id - The associated product ID
  • serial_numbers - The serial numbers of the asset
  • internal_number - The internal asset number
  • external_number - The external asset number
  • notes - Any notes associated with the asset
  • status - The current status of the asset
  • expected_availability_on - When the asset is expected to become available
  • purchased_at - When the asset was purchased
  • depreciated_on - When the asset was depreciated
  • scrapped_on - When the asset was scrapped
  • created_at - When the asset record was created
  • subscription_name - The name of the assigned customer
  • subscription_last_name - The last name of the assigned customer
  • product_name - The name of the associated product
